(Ej: pierna izquierda delante, brazo derecho sujetando la campana) <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incl\u00ednate ligeramente hacia delante, de modo que el pecho quede hacia la pierna delantera. Dobla el codo para tirar del peso hasta la cadera.
