Debes sentir un estiramiento en los isquiotibiales (parte posterior del muslo) de la pierna delantera.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aprieta los gl\u00fateos para volver a levantar el pecho hasta la posici\u00f3n inicial.
