Cuando hayas pisado a fondo la caja, empuja las pesas por encima de tu cabeza.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Baja de la caja, dirigi\u00e9ndote con la pierna izquierda. Al mismo tiempo, baja las pesas hasta la altura de los hombros. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Baja completamente de la caja, bajando las pesas directamente a los lados.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alterna la direcci\u00f3n con la pierna derecha y la izquierda.
